Hi Jonathan
This is Lei, my wife Sophie(50/50) and I own a minpaku in Niseko, and have had income for 2025. We would like some help to file income tax.
We purchased the property in 2024, but did not have any income, due to late recipient of minpaku license (Nov 2024). There is roughly 2.5 Million yen revenue for 2025.
There is management company, which handles all the daily maintenance and bookings
