Xero pricing is nice and simple:

  • Starter for US$20 per month
  • Standard for US$30 per month
  • Premium for US$40 per month.

Standard is the most popular but it’s worth knowing the differences between the versions so please ask me to explain.  I can also arrange for a free month trial on application.

MYOB pricing is more complicated and can be a lot more expensive, with the basic program at AU$29 per month and the standard program at AU$70 per month.  MYOB generally has more features than Xero so it’s very important to understand what features you need.
